From Sinco? What's that monster turbo?

yeah looking at a sinco one, only other one i would trust would be 6boost.

its a Borg Warner S300 83/75 with a twin scroll .91 housing should do the trick. from here: http://www.theboostlab.com/store/products/S300SX3%252d60-.91-A%7B47%7DR-%28Straight-Compressor-Outlet%29.html

so haven't done to much on the car lately due to life getting in the way. but over Christmas I managed to get some work done.

swapped over the clutch master cylinder to avoid fouling the intake manifold:

this is the master cylinder i used: http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-parts-accessories/nissan/clutches/auction-1010833211.htm

also finished running the VCT oil feed line:

Note for anyone running a Exedy triple plate clutch (ie NM033SR) you will need to change your clutch release bearing carrier to a shorter one that puts the bearing closer to the clutch fork, part number 30501-02C74:

Then this weekend i had some mates over and we made all the jigsaw bits into one bigger bit:

to pretty to hide :(

and in, with turbo sitting there for effect:

and because we could:

next to do is get exhaust manifold sorted.

hi all, i have slowly been working on the fuel system and as of yesterday it looks to be complete.

have fired up the pumps and there looks to be no leaks which amazes me :D

next is to get it back on its wheels then off to my mate who is going to do all the remaining pipe work, after that i can sort the wiring and hopefully make some brmmm brmmm noises.

pics of fuel system:

Man its been a while since i updated this the car went to my mates place getting the fabrication done and came back and now the long task of getting it finished has started.

first job hang the exhaust:

next up was mounting the intercooler and piping:

intake piping:

and dump pipe/wastegate pipe:

also picked up a couple of driveshaft loops for a R32 sedan:

a Fenix radiator was purchased:

power steering was sorted:

Coolant line was sorted:

LS coil on plug setup has been mounted:

Exhaust has been wrapped and installed for the final time:

hot side of the engine is fully assembled, oil feeds and returns, dump pipe the lot:

Switch panel in progress, and new 3 bar map sensor:

and Adrian (Pizzaboy) has made excellent work on the wiring, still dash and engine loom left, but getting there slowly:

oh and have ordered a Haltech Street dash so that will look nice in the car when it turns up.
